How to make kefir with Tiffany Jesse

This is a talk and demonstration for those who are curious about including more fermented foods in their diet. It will be a great way to learn how to support your gut health with a few simple techniques which will take away any fears or confusion you may have over kefir. It will also provide principles that you can apply to any fermented food. You will discover how easy and safe it is to have a safe and healthy probiotic as part of your daily life.

You will learn about the history of kefir and how it made its way to the West, the importance of gut health and the many benefits of eating fermented foods. You will also learn how to use your intuition to ferment with confidence and the difference between making your own and buying it ready made.

There will be a chance to sample some kefir, both dairy and non-dairy and plenty of time to ask lots of questions.
